Alternatively perhaps he will argue that on private property the property owner gives the people on his property whatever rights he wishes them to have- which demolishes that Platonic ideal form of rights theory.

Of course he (the property owner) COULD give two people on his property conflicting rights- I don't see WHY he couldn't do that.

There can be no conflict between rights.

Public property is a violation of rights because it prohibts you from exercising yours.
