Heinz,

I must be missing something. Does the Fed have a choice, given their policy of targeting short term interest rates rather than the money supply? The only way to moderate or reduce the money supply is to increase short term interest rates targets at their next meeting, no?

I agree that the inflation news is very disturbing, but I think (just like you) that any inflation will be relatively short lived, given the deflationary forces around the globe.

Heinz, they can fool the stock market but the bond market does not buy it.

TNX above 6.5%, but in the mean time they again run stock higher.

I speculate that the Washington Post helped as they stated that the FED does not know if to raise above 0.25%.

VIX is unusual high for an up market ......... jaming some one???

IMHO the dollar is on it's last legs (5th wave I think) as far as credibility goes.
