I'm not endorsing the SMH basket, just pointing out the option. Some would argue that it is much safer to diversify in the sector rather than own just one stock, even if it is Intel. I know there are quite a few companies on the list I wouldn't mind having in my portfolio.

But I noted from your profile who your employer is, I guess you see very limited risk in just owning Intel <g>.
