You can take what you want in your life as long as you are prepared to pay for it. true- and you can take it even if you aren't prepared to pay for it, which people often do.
Killing might make you happy but you don't have the right to deprive someone of life. Sometimes one has the right to deprive someone of life. So you can't say that absolutely. And that right varies society to society.

A killer is not worth more than the crime he commits.Don't know where you get this logically. I guess it makes a fine belief system but I don't see any basis for it.
Depriving someone of the opportunity to pursue their own happiness and freedom is
the same as killing.Can't agree with this. So you would think life in prison is the same (morally) as the death penalty?
