But Chamberlain said F5 already competes with Cisco between 45% and 50% of the time and with ArrowPoint 4% to 5% of the time.

What is the likelihood that Cisco will be able to employ ArrowPoint technology for a new sales offering -- that is, to use the CSCO/ARPT synergy to offer sales packages that FFIV can't effectively match?
