THat is not capital gains. That is income.

BTW: there is a cost basis to Cisco for the security and that is different than the option grant price. There is a cap gain there and that is what I believe is being eluded to. This cap gain is a CSCO cap gain - not a employee cap gain.. and is a requirement/fall out of the requirement to report diluted earnings. You can't have it both ways.
