I would expect a cow to be moo'oore fair. I'll play from the black tees with you, but you have to spot me 2 pops a hole. About the pin placement, I think it all depends on the mood of the guy that has the job, and how well he scored the day (or night) before.

thecow, I think you are right. One of the pins was maybe two paces from the edge of the fringe. I think that if you hit the green in reg then it should at least be possible to get down in two. Otherwise its not really golf anymore. Of course you can chip on the green, but its not too well received by the course. Another way to play against a women is to each play with just one club and a putter. You each play with your 150 club for example. I have done it with just an 8 iron and was very surprised at how well I did. It made me rethink a lot of the macho bs and was the trigger for leaving my driver in the bag on most of the holes.
