Haim, I had an interesting experience last Thursday. I had a fair amount of cash show up and decided to buy some short term treasuries. I checked the 13 week rate before I left the house and it was 5.7%. My broker is 5 minutes from my house and we started looking at the screen for 13 week treasury debt and I bought some for 5.88% including her costs. I have never see this kind of disparity before in my life. Joan
