I respectfully disagree.

SoandSo has upgraded their investment rating on Someco from Accumulate to Buy.

Indeed, they're not in a position to upgrade a stock; only their opinion or rating thereof.

Perhaps WW, being a self-proclaimed master of the nuances of the English language, will favor us with his opinion of the subject at hand.
