I believe that Steven S. Baik is counsel for SNDK and Sean P. DeBruine is counsel for Lexar. I don't know if Eli has anything to do with Wafer. I checked their web site and found nothing. "Isn't it too late for discovery" - Only if the Judge says so. Who is Fredrik Buch? I have no idea. I searched the Lexar site, the Wafer site and several people searching sites and found nothing. Mike
