Fred, this pattern in the DJIA has gone from a broadening
pattern or "megaphone" and is now contracting back in.

Edwards and Magee wrote these patterns up and called them
Diamonds, I believe, they are not thatCommon and I'm going
to have to go get the book to read up on what the
trading outcome potentials are.

VRSN's pattern is getting better compared to much of the
stocks I have been looking at. VIGN is not so bad.

Oil and Gas is where is's at I have 2 new research reports
on RIG and SII, RIG is the top stock in SSB's universe and
SII is banging out above expectation results and business is
accelerating.

SII makes the drilling fluids and other products that the
drillers use.

natural gas is very strong APA, BR, EOG.

One stock that I really like, and is a value play is
WMI, they had accounting problems but, they have been sorted
out. I have been following the story all year.

they are the industry leader in waste removal. The chart
is one of the best examples of a long rounding bottom.

This is a stock you buy and just hold for 6 or 12 or 24 months, it's not going to move quickly. Downside is very,
very low from here.
