I agree about the fear, but decided to buy some. I couldn't find anything substantial in the CSCO/ARPT deal to warrant the selloff. The reflex seems like a carryover from disappointment surrounding the last quarter's earnings report. Following the decline going into the report and disappointment that they didn't exceed the earnings estimates, many became afraid there must be something fundamentally wrong. Today's CSCO/ARPT news provided a trigger and many cashed in their shares.

But the company's business looks fine going forward and we should soon have bargain hunters rediscovering the virtues of a high growth company with earnings. Once the fear subsides, greed comes to the front and the buyers will be back in.
