Dear John: Its very unusual for an acquiring company stock to go UP right after announcing such a relatively large acquisition at a breathtaking price. I presume the market feels the Arrowpoint purchase will ultimately be quite profitable to CSCO. The company says it will be neutral first year and additive to earnings thereafter. JDN
