Darrell - DELL dominates SOHO, I agree there. You mis-read my post, I was referring to sales at RETAIL when I said DELL had virtually zero... overall, they probably have nearly 10% of the consumer market through the mechanism you describe, and probably over 50% of the direct to consumer business, although that figure is much harder to determine.
