I am not sure when or if institutional investing in VLNC has peaked. I am of the impression that it is growing and despite setbacks in the market at the present time I suspect that we will continue to see rising numbers every quarter for some time. While Brice and Curtis are correct in that a large amount of the present jump in institutional holdings can be ascribed to the private placement with Capital Gardian, the number of institutions holding Valence has increased quarter over quarter for the past three quarters moving from 30 institutions 3 quarters ago to 33 institutions 2 quarters ago, 38 institutions last quarter and 57 now. I would suspect that given the large jump in the number of holding institutions in the last quarter, that at these depressed prices we may see significant purchases when the next numbers become available as these present holders flesh out their positions.

Happy Investing........Jacques
