The only (remotely relevant) RealTick III order entry setting that I can see as an MB Trading customer is the choice between "Partial" or "AON." I always leave this on "Partial" which is the default.

If there is some universal setting applicable to Terra Nova (of which MB Trading is a branch) that is causing the balance to be killed I'd like to know about it. After talking with a few folks it looks like the only way to get an answer is to get a specific case of balance cancellation that can be investigated. Next time it happens I'll pursue it.
