I can assure you that reaching such a consensus would be impossible, particularly among the so called elders. And even if it were, I don't get paid enough to act as the executioner. We've got <ignore>, we've got group pressure, and we've got SI administration. And if all else fails, we can always turn off our computers for a few days and wait it out. I'll leave moderated threads for folks like Ramsey Su. But thanks for the vote of confidence and the offer. cuf

Frank, I agree with your concern about consolidating power in the hands of one person. After all, we all know how crotchty you can get with certain females. I feel that I must defend Frank against these mysogenistic charges. He doesn't only get crotchety with certain females. He also gets crochety with men (though it does tend to be men who act like certain females). And I do think that Frank should reconsider the executioner role. It would be very elegant for the "prosperous investing" statement to be followed by a permanent delete! Just like Michael Corleone did Fredo! Dr.Id@happytobeaconsultantonSIdeathrow.com
