One doesn't get much more blue chip than globally positioned copper producer, Phelps-Dodge. Placer Dome certainly produces its share of copper. Of course, Freeport McMoran Copper & Gold is also a big player, in Indonesia, especially. And it is NOT off topic, Henry D. You see, most of the world's gold is still produced as a by product of copper mining. Therefore, I gotta ask: why? Are you planning on shorting them or do you have a yen for copper? G/L! O/49r
