Glenn,
Come out to the west coast...and you'll see why no one goes to bricks& mortar.

James,

I have been out there and will be out there again this summer. Crowded areas is not my idea of a place I would like to live. I can be at the local airport here in fifteen minutes and be ready to board immediatly. The problem is there are very few flights out of the Meadville airport. I typically go to Erie which takes 40 minutes of driving and five minutes to check in.

If I have a desire for an evening at a large city event such as the orchestra, professional sports, etc. I am less than two hours of driving from Pittsburgh, Buffalo and Cleveland. It typically takes two hours by the time I park.

One would say well the new technology is not available in small towns. I have cable access and no problem with too much traffic on the loop due to being the only residence on this loop. Cellular is now everywhere in this area but that was not the case even three years ago.

This is ideal in my opinion if one does not mind a change of seasons and snow that will go along with it. I will share new information. I plan on semi-retiring in about two years. My son will have enough experience under his belt by then and I will continue to do back office work such as marketing, leasing, etc. which I enjoy more than daily operations.
