The charges include among other things: criminal kickbacks, unlawful "pumping and dumping" schemes, bribery, conspiracy, and criminal fraud. You Gilder bashers have any more? How about RICO violations? Oh I forgot, you are saving racketeering for next week. Today, the apparent focus was on newsletter hype and general sloppiness. Personally, I would take an imperfect technological visionary over a nitpicking bean counter, any day of the week, particularly when that individual has a lifetime batting average probably exceeding .800.
