Thank you for those unexpected words re: REG S financing elucidation: we all have to learn about "REG S" sometime. Seemed logical sharing the Barron's article as the shortest, quickest, most authoritative way to get the explanation disseminated. To this day, I have walked away from some decent high-risk investment ideas when I get wind of or even suspect REG S in the wind. May need to revist the REG S article if AG cranks interest rates so high that capital markets "clam-up." UGH!
