Dear Thread,

I have raised my 2000 year-end stock price target from $75.00 per share to $150.00 per share based on projected 2001 EPS of $2.00 and a forward looking PE of 75.

It is clear to me now that my $75.00/share target was way too conservative. Comparing SNDK to all my other equity holdings I find SanDisk's growth potential unequalled.

NOTE: This is not a recommendation to buy shares in SNDK, just a back-of-a-napkin estimate from a SNDK shareholder and average consumer with no business training and no formal experience in the semiconductor industry.

DISCLOSURE: Ausdauer is long SNDK.

Hope to see you in Sunnyvale!
