The privacy issue is one which needs to be addressed on a priority basis. I first raised this when I saw what Double Click was trying to do some time ago. IMO it is a major factor in the decision of people to back away from internet transactions and abandon shopping carts. Is ASPT doing anything to address these concerns? Is this a matter solely for ASPT's customers? Will legislation be required to insure the individual's right to privacy?
