Ten,

Timna will become a very strong performer once it transitions to RDRAM

The fixed, mediocre graphics on Timna will make it not a viable option for performance systems. RDRAM was chosen because they thought it would be cheap.

A very strong performer in $500 PC's that have $600 worth of Rambs memory in them?

Sorry, personally I think cheap PC's are great, and Timna is a pretty good idea, except for the Rambus angle. I notice from the pricewatch watch that since Kingston's "68% reduction", 128m RIMMs have crashed from $560 to $553. Such a deal.

Cheers, Dan.
