Cabec Announces Letter of Intent from Leading European Logistic
Provider

DALLAS, April 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Cabec Energy Corporation (Nasdaq: CBNR - news) announced today that its joint
venture partner Vimonta, A.G., of which Cabec owns a 40% interest, received a letter of intent from a leading European
logistic provider that outlines a plan for refitting Reusable Plastic Containers (RPC) with transponder chips.

The company has requested in its letter that Vimonta provide tracking and inventory control solutions with the use of a
transponder chip that will allow the scanning of up to 200 RPC's at a time.

The letter of intent results from a demonstration of the system software and single RPC scanning. The final demonstration with
multi-scanning ability is scheduled within 7 weeks. Upon a successful demonstration, a contract to field test the units will be
entered into. If the results are satisfactory, the company will begin to refit up to 40 million RPC's with our transponders.

Vimonta will be using its 100% owned subsidiary, Data Cross Dock (DCD) for this project and for all additional services
provided to this client.

BTW, Don, Thanks for posting a few positive thoughts to end the week.
Although, MJ's posts seemed to be very negative, on going back to read the correspondence that he copied, he revealed a lot about how big the whole thing is. Very positive stuff, if you ignore the in-fighting. If we have the finest pallets, for the best price and can produce them in quantity, is any company going to not negotiate? It looks to me like a lot of drooling for dollars is going on. Who would walk away?
