As I recall, CANSLIM placed an emphasis on fundamentals, earnings growth, and value. This being the case, stocks with no earnings (like many dot com stocks) and huge PE's would be avoided.

Stocks like CSCO, CTXS, INTC and MSFT would be "A" candidates, until they became very over valued.

I dont claim expertise on CANSLIM. I'm just amused that the market bubble continues despite its absurdity.
