INTC can't be a very well run company - the CEO doesn't even have one fraud conviction for crying out loud, and we know that the CEO's of the best companies have at least 76 fraud convictions.

Very very insightful, John. I believe that you've hit the nail on the head. Who can honestly call this company "innovative" if the CEO isn't willing to take some chances?

And I agree with you absolutely about the "filings".
