I think I understand the mobile pathway. Phone to satellite to GW to terrestrial network to phone. What is the fixed to fixed pathway?

As with their 49C per minute deal,they are just shifting the costs back and forth and it is really not that great of a deal. Robbing Peter to pay Paul is just a gimmick.
