My basis for long term bullish stance on KREM is the strong opportunity for sustained growth quarter over quarter.

I wasn't aware you had a long-term stance on the stock. Your previous posts appeared to focus only on very short-term trends.

Tell me why KREM will fail to expand rapidly and deploy franchises nationwide?

Nothing for sure, but lots of things can happen along the way. And rapid expansion and franchising doesn't necessarily guarantee success. Dare I bring up Boston Chicken again.

My basic point is that anything short of complete success will not reflect well upon the value of this stock at these levels. And it may well fall of its own accord as large investors factor the risk of non-performance into the equation and elect to wait for lower entry points. Management is a question mark. The Chairman basically came up through the company ranks and no one really knows if he can guide the company through a campaign of growth.

I'm gambling that the rich valuation of this company for a non-tech will discourage large investors from accumulating very much of this stock right away. If I'm wrong, it won't be the first time. As I see it, neither of us need be wrong here.
