Amy really didnt say anything, but restated what most analysists are saying. Again, look at the financial condition of the company. They are sinking in quick sand as we speak. The time it took me to type this, G* just lost another 50k.

RS - G* is going to make it. It will take longer and there will undoubtedly be more hurdles but it will make it.

I think that is so becuase the simple fact is that only a very small part of the Earths surface has cellular service. Albeit most of the population lives in that area but quite a few live in the unserviced area and many have to travel and work there. More than enough to make G* very successful.

My only problem with G* is the cost per minute. Plain and simple I think G* charges plus long distance rates are not a good marketing idea.

I thought we were going to get less than $2 per minute. Today $2 per minute is expensive. Even though you may have no alternative. $2 per minute plus long distance charges from many countries in the world is going to be very very expensive and G* ought to be marginal income forthese local carriers and they ought to ease up on their ridicualous LD rates just to get G* going.

$1 per minute all up incl LD would be a very good rate OK that is too cheap to begin with but $1.25 to $1.40 say would be OK.

I hope the G* people are reading this. I suggested a map and table showing country by country the area covered by cellular, the population in that coverage area and the population outside it. They haven't done this that I've seenand it would cost almost nothing and it would help.

A bit dissapointing but they will get there.

Best regards,

L
