Was glad to see the Motley Fools keep folks abreast of the pending SEC rule granting fair access to info for all traders, and the broker's lobby battling the rule. The lobby suggested only the brokers can properly interpret the info for us poor iggerant folks.

IMHO, they all bend the rules, but some are exquisitely blatant.

The way Lehman sold KOREA last December after two successive upgrades in two days.... turned my stomach (yeah, I was taking a vacation and put a bundle in, only to find out what happened later). There's one that I wouldn't listen to again. My own fault; live & learn.

But do you think the SEC will really rein in big money like that? I guess I'm just a tad skeptical... they'll just go after high profile braying minnows like TJoe and leave the sharks alone.
