HJ <The Japanese are serious> Perhaps, but the Chinese are not. Given recent experience with the Euro, you would think the belief in magic potions would be somewhat diminished. This gives the international bureaucrats something to debate for a decade without worrying about very implementing it. I will see some of them in Brunei later this month -- I will tell them HJ thinks you guys are "serious".
