I think you are mixing up what they said about the first half with what they said about the second half. Here's a quote to refresh your mind -

I think 2M willamete's is definitely a possibility. If it yields well it's not that many chips. Also with all the coppermine problems, it seems to me there is a real possibility willamete will yield better than coppermine. If that's the case then the ramp will go much quicker than anticipated.
