I'm sorry, Veiko - but I got hooked on this thread way back in 1998. It's like an addiction I should try to kick. I'm trying to limit my visits to once every three months or so, OK? I can't go cold turkey - don't do this to me!

And my problem with Europe is the Telit model that was supposed to ship way back in January - not the Ericsson phone. The 60 million ad campaign was supposed to have started a month or two ago - there have been the CNN and Discovery Channel spots. So the status of the advertizing blitz is as nebulous as everything else.

That's what makes Globalstar so addictive - it's like the Twin Peaks mania. You have no idea what's going on, but you have to see the next episode. Besides - I know that a possible short squeeze might result in 100% gains in two days. If you time it right.

Geoff is right, of course... people have to try to deduce the subs from the minutes used. That means trying to figure which number is worse - the monthly usage or the phones sold. That's not an appetizing choice.
