It's an emotional issue. A column I wrote on Globalstar in August 1999 led to Washington Post and Wall Street Journal quotes. I got my first magazine comissions after the first quote. I'm just a simple Finnish country boy - this was an important break to me.

And now I feel this strange affection to Globalstar; it's a part of my career development.

Veiko, I've enjoyed your posts from the European North Country. I know you follow QCOM as well as G*, but I find your confidence in seeing CDMA 2000 in Europe interesting. Do you have a sense of this happening that originates in things you've seen in Europe? If so, would you elaborate?
