go to:
sec.gov

and scroll down until you come to:

Hudson Investors Fund, Inc., Hudson Advisers, Inc., Javed Anvar Latef, and Larry Alan Stockett; Initial
Decision Release No. 139, File No. 3-9374; March 30, 1999. G. Marvin Bober, Administrative Law Judge
(File name: id139gmb.txt)

and then click on the file id139gmb.txt

perhaps that will explain why no one is jumping onto Stockett's cement train...make this part of your due diligence.

That http://www address just happens to be the SEC's Enforcement Actions address and the report listed is the Judge's rather harshly worded analysis of a little case Stockett was involved with and his assessment of Stockett who was fined a very large amount. Stockett has appealed the fine and the judgement but thus far there is no resolution to the appeal. I fyou read it you'll see Stockett's history of violations of securities laws in various jurisdictions.
