Unfortunately, the last time I checked, maybe two weeks ago, there was only one outlet for G* phones in all of Alaska. Available in a store in Anchorage.
Sure would be nice to have some good numbers on Brazil turn things around on Monday. What would it take for BS to have some good anecdotes on growth in demand in just one market? As others have pointed out, we need to separate low subscriber numbers from poor roll-out, from numbers that indicate that there is or is not demand when the roll-out is available. Some good numbers out of Austrailia and Brazil, with some explanation of context, implications of growth rate for future numbers in these regions, and how far they would go toward break even by end of the year, if continued at this rate, would go a long way toward starting the short squeeze.
