Re: Welcome back! Did you come back to do some more bad math for us?

Hi Dave,

Dead, dead, dead" is definitely an oracle-like pronouncement

You may have a point, there. :-)

Does he lecture in Chicago? Do book tours in Atlanta? Give presentations in Taiwan.

It was guys like that who kept insisting that the world would pretty much end due to Y2K issues. I'd prefer to trust someone who works with the stuff as opposed to a professional talker.

Actually, he usually arrogantly explains things..

I've found his posts interesting, straightforward, and consistent.

oftentimes he's incorrect... he keeps posting...garbage

I believe you are mistaken.

I'm looking forward to his response rather than a bunch of wannabes who come to defend him

Can't help it, even though he needs no help from me, I still think its important to stand up against the flat-earthers. :-) (Have you read Brecht's Galileo)

I caught most of the run from 85 to 471. I was out from 113 to 203 while we were on vacation (given the volatility, I didn't want to own it while we were gone), and then sold everything at 440-447

Congratulations on some very astute trading. A stock with most of its float shorted can provide some surprises. But Carl has posted primarily about technical issues, and so far he has been correct (regarding those technical issues) more often than anyone else I've seen on the thread or elsewhere.

why don't you go back to the AMD thread. If you won't bother us here, I promise not to bother you there.

I don't have time to more than glance at the Rambus thread from time to time, but, after AMD calls, Rambus puts look to be as lucrative an investment as exists right now, so I will continue to take a look over here from time to time.
