RE: Yes Clothing website and trademarks...

WEBSITE:
Rich Weed is an attorney that does work for YSCO and Newbridge Capital, Inc. and has been paid in YSCO stock. I would assume that he registered the YesClothing web site for YSCO and that it belongs to YSCO. Rich Weed's address is the same as YSCO and Newbridge Capital. His web site is at: weedco.com

TRADEMARKS
As far as the Yes Clothing trademarks . . . per the 10K:

"On April 8, 1998, we satisfied the senior secured creditors totaling $420,000 due to NuVen in exchange for the YES(R) trademarks. On or about June 30, 1999, NuVen sold its rights to the YES(R) trademarks to an affiliated company, Scientific NRG ("SNRG")."

and

"Upon the completion of our plan of reorganization, we
intend to reacquire the Yes Clothing Co. trademarks from SNRG."

They make it sound like they may or may not be able to obtain the trademarks. That is all a smoke screen in my opinion since they basically already have control of the trademarks. Scientific NRG changed their name to Newbridge Capital, Inc. . . . so, Newbridge Capital owns the trademarks which is also the majority holder of YSCO.
