Cobalt,
A couple of weeks ago , my son bought a couple of doughnuts, and a coffee from one of Canada's favourite chain shops... On his way to work , he chomped into one of the doughnuts and , argh, as he felt his tooth chip , and looked to see a piece of a nail , or spike sticking out of the centre.. He's a sort of sensitive type, and needless to say, this freaked him out. So far there has been virtually no response from the company.. I sort of told him , that this was not a way to look for easy money, and he agreed , but the fact that the company is so lax about this, makes me feel that he should go for their throat.
What do you think?

OOPs, apparently , they are willing to meet with him, and asked him not to get a lawyer involved... Just found this out now.
