Something does not compute. If this company is buying the 90% of shares it does not own for $5.5 bil, how is the price $60/shr?
There are 78.7 mill shrs outstanding, they own 10% ~ 7.87 mill shrs, that leaves about 70.3 mill shrs outstanding, @ $60/shr = $4.25 bill.
$5.5 bil, into 70.3 bill shrs is ~$77.9/shr.
Anybody explain the differences??
TIA
JLL
