I will buy some T calls for Jan 2001 45's above 41.. and that is it, these are very difficult markets, on PSE SOX RUT I have great formations, on IIX above 3950 would be good to break, on the other hand I have this DJ Industrial giving a different signal, my strategy is to move more money in out of money calls and further reduce exposure to underlying stocks, increase 1250 SPM's puts if 1400 is taken out on two closing basis.. some very bullish patterns on some of the indexes that have led this whole rally however equally confusing signals fundamentally, a upward bias is maintained with options exposure.
