They are specifically selected and trained to be able to stretch the truth beyond any comprehension, but within legal definitions of words. (I guess this has something to do with genes.) That's what they are paid for. Being capable of much drinking is a major part of their qualifications. In-depth technical knowledge is not a requirement, it even disrupts their ability to perform their job functions. Regards, - Ali
