I agree with Droogies. Excellent report. Well said. I wish I knew you were going to be there. Would have made a point of going myself this year. I heard the attendance was a little off from last year and the questioning was not nearly as intense or hostile. Apparently last year they had the party in advance of the meeting and some people got a bit fired up if you know what I mean. Anyway, at exactly 4:19, I stood up in my office and gave J.C. a standing ovation. I guesstimated the time and stood clapping for 5 minutes so I would be sure to overlap the actual time. I didn't know about the bulldozers being at work. I'll have to make a road trip and take a look at the construction site.
