Anyone else think they sold out too cheap?

Not with their balance sheet.

Bob,

<<Anyone else think they sold out too cheap?>>

Only if you are considering in selling out after the merger. The new company will have the best of the FC and Infiniband world going forward. It will be a hyper-growth company just like Ancor used to be. And, we, Ancor shareholders receive instant value on our investments. Just another way of looking at the situation.

Too cheap! QLGC is buying ANCR for 1/7 the
market cap of BRCD. They get nearly half the
long term FC market, plus the InfiniBand
venture thrown in.

At least QLGC is down 45% from its recent all time high
and the combined company should grow faster QLGC
alone, so there may be a near term price bump for QLGC as well.

Let's see what ANCR management has to say.

Let's see what SUNW, EMC, CSCO may say.

"Anyone else think they sold out too cheap?"

Bob,

I agree with waiting to hear what the company officials have to say, both in the near term and at the shareholders' meeting. Only they know how the business is really going and what efficiencies can be gained by the combined business. At first glance it will allow the company to offer their own end to end solution. It also confirms the value that many of us have seen for years.
