No, rudedog, sadly, I am all too familiar with the backwards squalor of Microsoft environments and particularly how they are implemented in actual practice. The fact that the security policies can easily be compromised at the desktop by user and clueless support people ( which Windows draws like a turd draws flies ) stands in stark contrast to environments built with security from the ground up. No one in their right mind would rely on distributed ( i.e. workstation level ) security when a single breach is enough to negate security measures in general.

Seems like you're trying really hard to blame those victims.
