Concurrent Computer Corp. Partner
to Provide Enhanced
Video-On-Demand Offerings

NEW ORLEANS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 8, 2000--CANAL+ U.S. TECHNOLOGIES and
Concurrent Computer Corp. (Nasdaq:CCUR - news), two leading suppliers of digital solutions for
broadband operators, announced today that CANAL+ U.S. TECHNOLOGIES' MediaHighway©
middleware solution and MediaGuard© conditional access system have been integrated with
Concurrent's MediaHawk(TM) Video-On-Demand (VOD) system. The integration of these
industry leading digital ITV technologies allows operators to chose a proven end-to-end solution for
offering advanced digital services to their customers.

Approximately 6 million digital set-top boxes powered with middleware developed by

TECHNOLOGIES will be demonstrating the MediaHawk VOD system in booth No. 5363 at the
National Cable Television Association Show, May 7 through May 10 in New Orleans. Concurrent
will be exhibiting in booth No. 1734.
