You are apparently unfamiliar with the INS process,
and need to update yourself with immigration
rules of the U.S. It does not matter how did you
enter the States, even as a tourist or trainee.
What does matter is if you are a Nobel Prize
winner, World Champion, solo violinist
of some Grand Opera, or not.
