Yet another CompactFlash camera:

The Epson PhotoPC 3000

steves-digicams.com

This 3 megapixel camera is the successor to my Epson 850Z which I love. What's strange is that this new model seems to have dropped the CF type II slot that my 850Z has and switched to a regular type I slot. No IBM Microdrive support at all. But although my 850Z can physically accept the Microdrive, Epson never officially supported it and many users reported problems when trying to use the Microdrive with this camera. Looks like instead of trying to make the camera support the Microdrive, Epson decided to not even deal with it anymore!

Just one more camera that uses the Sandisk Picture Slot© standard.
