Joan, i have some anecdotal evidence of Japanese institutions also selling quite a bit. Europeans however haven't as of yet withdrawn any of their money. this is no surprise, as they are the traditional bag holders in the US market. i guess what we need for them to take flight is a strengthening of the Euro.
